Confirmation of Booking
Making an online reservation is easy. Just complete the reservations form,
making sure that you give us your e-mail address and sending it to us.
As soon as we receive your request we will reply within 24 hours.
Package Tour Departure Date :
Please be informed that our tour packages are based on private tour arrangements
only for your party with private air-conditioning car and English Speaking
Guide. It means that tours are daily departure and you are able to fix
your own departure date. Tour guide with other languages are on requested
with additional supplement, please contact our tour coordinator.
Hotel Rates :
The hotel rates are quote in US Dollar, including taxes and service charges.
Package Tour Prices :
The prices of the package tours are guaranteed, but if unforeseen circumstances
beyond our control occurred, i.e. increased government taxes or airfares
etc, LaosTrip.com will reserve right to adjust the price accordingly.
Our package tour prices INCLUDE:
- Accommodation on a twin share basis with daily breakfast
- English speaking guide
- Meals as indicated within the itinerary
- All mean of transport (private air-conditioning car and domestic flights)
as indicated within the itinerary
- Arrival & Departure airport transfers
- Admission fees and permits during guided excursions as indicated within
the itinerary
Our package tour prices EXCLUDE:
- International Airfares
- International Airport tax
- Meals and drinks not mentioned within the itinerary
- Personal expenses such as Bar, Laundry & Telephone bills
- Admission fees and permits during free time
- Tips and gratuities
- Entry visa fee
Child Rates (less than 12 years old)
- 75% of adult's rate for without extra bed but breakfast and all tour
arrangements are provided.
- 100% of adult's rate with extra bed, breakfast and all tour arrangements
are provided same as adult.
Payment Policy and method :
We would require full prepayment for all services by money transfer or
credit card payment.
This is because the special rate that you are getting is our agency rates,
thus the reservation and payment have to be submitted to us - Not to the
hotel. The advantage is - you get a cheaper price.
Hotels and resorts reservation : full settlement should be received
10 working days prior to your arrival.
Transportation and sightseeing: full settlement should be received
7 working days prior to your arrival.
Tour packages: full settlement should be received 20 working days
prior to your arrival.
Payment should be effected by telegraphic transfer to our company account

Payment by major credit card is available for Visa and Master Card, payment
at our secured online payment gateway, it's guaranteed by 'Verify by Visa',
Bank of Asia.
Alternatively, you may complete our Credit Card Authorization Form and
fax it back to our Bangkok office (fax no. +662 512-0975)
After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher and/or
final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or e-mail.
Tour Packages Cancellations & Refunds policy :
The following cancellation policy will apply in addition to any other
fees charged by relevant hotel, or other supplier:
- 45 days or more prior to departure, a service
fees US$50 per person will apply
- 45 to 30 days prior to departure, a cancellation
fee of 30% of the tour cost will apply.
- 29 to 15 days prior to departure, a cancellation
fee of 50% of the tour cost will apply.
- 14 days or less prior to departure, a cancellation
fee of 100% of the tour cost will apply.
Responsibility and Liability:
LaosTrip.com acts as agent for services provided by operators
herein and cannot be held liable for any services provided listed brochure
or any other services incidental thereto.
Further the responsibilities of air carries are limited in accordance
with international agreements and tariffs. Whereas we and the participating
airlines and tour operators operate the land tours offered under this
program only as agents of the aircraft, railroads, car rental contractors,
steamship lines, hotels, bus operators, sightseeing contractors and others
who provide the actual land arrangements.
LaosTrip.com is not liable for any act, omission, delay, injury, loss
damage or nonperformance occurring in connection with these tours. The
Passenger contract in use by the airline concerned shall constitute the
sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tours and/or
passenger.
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries.
Should this occur, we will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement
of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to
the above conditions by all parties involved.
Passport and Entry Visa :
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following
your entry date to your travel destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are in possession of a valid
passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel

Travel Insurance :
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger's
responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier
provides coverage while traveling. Please contract your insurance carrier
for details.
LaosTrip.com strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel
insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour; including the loss
of deposits through cancellation, lost of baggage and personal items,
personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
